The Survey of Organisational Climate is ongoing since May 23rd. All of TAP Group’s (TAP Air Portugal, Portugália, Megasis and UCS) Employees were invited to participate in this survey, and their participation will be fundamental to define future strategies of the Airline.
Being carried out by an external consulting company, and entirely confidential, the Survey aims at presenting the opinions of the thousands to Employees of the Airline, about the Airline, listening to their opinions, in order to raise satisfaction and well-being of all those that are part of the organisation.
Antonoaldo Neves, TAP’s CEO, states the importance of participating in the Survey: “This survey is very important for us to understand what TAP Employees expect of the Company. We want to listen what they have to tell us, so that we can make everything to make it better. TAP is built by those who work here, and we are trying to build a better Future for everyone, with the participation of everyone. Change begins in each one of us.”
Those who still haven’t participated in the Survey can still do it – until May 15th – through the individual link that was sent via e-mail.
