Teams a collaborative tool, to which all TAP Employees have access, which makes interactions between teams and departments of the Airline easier. It gathers in one place people, conversations, files and tools, allowing people to share and access all information they need, at the same time that they are aware of the teams’ interactions.
Due to internal organization issues, the creation of Teams is limited to Help Desk. Therefore, whether Employees intend to form these groups or just ask for information, they should contact TAP IT through the address
hdesk@tap.pt.
These are the advantages of Microsoft Teams:
- Chat for a more direct communication, allowing the whole team to be included at once;
- Editing documents collaboratively, with one or more users editing one file at the same time;
- Voice and video calls and meetings;
- Repository for teams’ files – available for all members – stored in one place and integrated with OneDrive TAP;
- Task planner, with allocation of tasks and dates;
- Access to app store, allowing integration with Jira, Salesforce or Flow, among others, for a more integrated perspective of all projects.
