If you deleted items that were in the Deleted Items folder, in Outlook, or on the web version of the e-mail, and you need to recover them, simply access the Recover Deleted Items area, where you can retrieve emails, contacts, calendar schedules and tasks up to a maximum period of 14 days after they have been deleted from the Deleted Items folder.
To access the Recover Deleted Items area:
1. Select the Deleted Items folder in outlook or webmail;
2. Select Recover Deleted Items;
3. Select the elements you want to retrieve and click OK.
