Brazil remains one of the most important markets for TAP. The results of 2017 are a proof of this, because they showed a strong recovery throughout the year. The connections with Brazil grew 14 percent compared to the previous year, with TAP transporting more than 1.6 million Passengers.
Next IATA summer, which will start on March 25, the offer of flights between Portugal and Brazil will be strengthened. We will continue to operate 10 destinations - and 12 routes - but we will increase the number of weekly frequencies to 82, nine more than in the summer of last year. Belo Horizonte and Brasilia now have daily flights from Lisbon, while São Paulo now has another schedule option on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, also from Lisbon. On the Lisbon - Recife route a new schedule also opens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Every day, TAP’s team works to achieve the best results. Meet the faces of TAP Brazil’s team here.
