With e-mails Online Archive being introduced in TAP’s e-mail service, all Employees with a TAP e-mail now have all their new e-mails automatically stored in TAP’s Cloud, freeing up space from your computer, keeping them in a single place and allowing the access to it at any time and in any place.
The e-mail archives established before – manually or automatically, according to user preferences, - are still stored on the computer. The Employees that have these e-mail local archives (.pst files) saved on their computers can, in an autonomous way, copy them to the online archive, in a way that all e-mails get filed together, with the advantages mentioned above.
To identify the e-mail local archive files, simply do a search on the computer for *.pst.
During the process of importing e-mails, Outlook will be unavailable, so you will need to use the web version of the e-mail at mail.tap.pt. Alternatively, you can perform the importation at the end of the day.
