Setting up an email signature is now easier. The usual e-mails with an attached document to copy will no longer be sent. This will now be done through a form available on the Intranet.
This new feature allows you to quickly generate an e-mail signature, which can be used in Outlook and Webmail, and will bring greater uniformity of signatures for TAP Group Employees.
This new signature includes a set of useful links in your contacts, which lets you:
• Make calls when you press the phone number in an e-mail (feature available when checking e-mails on the phone);
• Open the new e-mail window in Outlook by clicking on the e-mail link;
• Open the conversation window in Outlook by clicking on the e-mail link.
Manually configuring these links in the signature is complex, hence the advantage of using this tool, created by TAP IT, that does it all automatically using the form now available.
Whenever a new signature is available, a message will be sent to all employees, who will have to update it in the new form.
