The new platform also provides TAP with an increase in revenue for products and services that were not available online (sports equipment, pet transport and musical instruments), and the positive effects of this innovation are already visible in some areas of the company, namely at the Contact Center (reducing the number of telephone calls) and Airport Operation (entering passport data, US residence address, emergency contacts and redress number).

More than 130,000 customers have already visited the platform and made more than 11,000 transactions, from service purchases to contact updates, confirming its strong growth and impact, freeing up other customer support channels.
